Be a part of CFS summer wellness events! It is a great way to team build, while participating in great healthy activities. The more you participate the greater your chance to win the top prize of a bike worth up to $1,000.

Events
Mindful Meditation Mondays
Join us on select Mondays for 30-minute virtual meditation sessions led by Dr. Cindy Bautista-Thomas, a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and mindfulness facilitator. Dr. Bautista-Thomas is passionate about inspiring, encouraging, and uplifting others, bringing a wealth of experience to our sessions.

Virtual Zumba Classes
Join us for Virtual Zumba Classes every Saturday from June 14, 2025, through September 27, 2025. Each session will be 50 minutes long, conducted on Zoom.

Summer Fruit & Salad Tuesdays in July and August
Enjoy Summer Fruit & Salad Tuesdays throughout July and August at the Manhattan Office, Bronx Office, and Hackensack, NJ locations.
Scavenger Hunt in Grand Central Station
Join us for a Scavenger Hunt in Grand Central Station on September 18, 2025, from 11am to 1pm, hosted at Watson Adventures. Lunch is included.

Challenges and Giveaways
Bike Giveaway! September 30th 2025
Two bikes will be given away to the individuals with the most participation in team activities. One bike will be awarded in New York and one in New Jersey.
Eligible activities include Cooking Classes, the Scavenger Hunt, and Mindful Meditation Mondays. Join in, stay engaged, and you could ride away with a brand new bike!
