This plan furthers the CFS’s mission of providing the highest quality services to our service recipients and their families. It promotes adherence to laws, regulations, and the agency’s internal policies and procedures. And it is also designed to prevent and/or detect fraud, misuse, waste and/or abuse in our delivery of services and billing mechanisms.
