The Center for Family Support has 21 group homes in New Jersey, located throughout Bergen, Essex, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, and Union Counties. Intentionally small, our group homes are designed to meet the needs of adults who require a structured setting to live independently. They offer individualized attention, supervision, and support 24/7. Staff members work closely with residents to help them develop the skills needed for successful independent living. We also have supportive housing options for those who need less support.
Periodically, individuals move out of our residential homes and we have openings available. All our residences follow CFS’ person-centered philosophy, and work with each person we support to build individualized support plans to help them reach their goals. If you’re interested in learning more about our openings, please fill out a inquiry or referral form.
