New Jersey Openings

The Center for Family Support (CFS) currently has openings in our group homes and day programs and is actively seeking referrals from support coordinators, families, and individuals like you.

With 21 group homes located throughout Bergen, Essex, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, and Union Counties in New Jersey, we provide safe and supportive residential environments for adults with developmental disabilities. Our intentionally small homes are designed to promote independence while offering 24/7 individualized attention, supervision, and support. For individuals who require a less structured setting, we also offer supportive housing options.

Our three day programs located in Hackensack, Hillsborough, and Union engage individuals in programs that help them learn new skills and grow their independence.

To learn more or to submit a referral, please don’t hesitate to contact us or complete an inquiry form. Thank you for considering the Center for Family Support as a trusted partner in supporting the individuals you serve. Please send referrals to CFSNJreferrals@cfsny.org or Call 201-262-4021 ext.534, or use one of the forms below.

Day Program Openings

NJ Day Programs

The Center for Family Support NJ operates 3 Day Programs sites offering individuals the opportunity to connect with their communities, and make friends in a comfortable and structured setting.  Each program offers people the opportunity to take advantage of daily community outings, participate in various volunteer activities, and learn new skills in a variety of classroom-based activities.  We are certified to provide all Employment related services in the State of NJ and are ready to help the people we serve find the right career path.  We also have an on-site behavior support team should those who attend need guidance with challenges in that area.  We have openings currently at all 3 locations and look forward to meeting new candidates who are 21 and over and are ready to take the next step in fulfilling their life goals.
