The Center for Family Support (CFS) currently has openings in our group homes and is actively seeking referrals from support coordinators like you. With 21 group homes located throughout Bergen, Essex, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, and Union Counties in New Jersey, we provide safe and supportive residential environments for adults with developmental disabilities. Our intentionally small homes are designed to promote independence while offering 24/7 individualized attention, supervision, and support. For individuals who require a less structured setting, we also offer supportive housing options.
At CFS, we are committed to a person-centered approach, ensuring that every individual has a customized plan that aligns with their personal goals and aspirations. Our staff members work closely with residents to develop the life skills necessary for successful independent living. As individuals transition out of our homes, new openings become available, and we strive to match each person with the setting that best suits their needs.

Clifton (Passaic County)
Male-only colonial style home with five bedrooms, serving a range of ages. This is not an accessible home for individuals with physical disabilities. One first-floor vacancy is currently available.
Elmwood Park (Bergen County)
Female-only colonial style home for individuals aged 30–50. The available bedroom is located on the second floor. This is not an accessible home for individuals with physical disabilities.
Matawan (Nathan) Monmouth County
Male only structured home with a comfortable, home like setting featuring four bedrooms. One vacancy is available on the second floor.
Somerset (Somerset County – Franklin Twnshp)
New vacancy available in our Somerset group home. This co-ed colonial style residence is located in a quiet neighborhood and offers ample living space along with a large backyard.
Matawan (Ravine) (Monmouth County)
Male only home designed with a structured home-like setting featuring five bedrooms, with three on the first floor and two on the second. Ideal for individuals seeking greater independence. Current residents range in age from 45 to 50. Three vacancies available on both the first and second floors.
