Crotona Park
The property at 1164 Simpson Street, Bronx, NY 10459 is located in the Crotona Park East neighborhood of the South Bronx. This co-ed, three-story single-family home is designed to accommodate up to eight individuals between the ages of 41 and 64. Kelly Towers
Located at 2405 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10458, also known as Kelly Towers, this residential high-rise is situated in the vibrant Belmont neighborhood of the Bronx, directly across the street from the Bronx Zoo and just a short distance from the New York Botanical Garden. The vacancy is in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the 10th floor of this elevator-equipped building. The apartment is an all male residence with a total capacity of three individuals, and the current residents are between the ages of 41 and 50. This opportunity involves sharing a bedroom with another gentleman.
