Simpson Street IRA
The property at 1164 Simpson Street, Bronx, NY 10459 is located in the Crotona Park East neighborhood of the South Bronx. This co-ed, three-story single-family home is designed to accommodate up to eight individuals between the ages of 41 and 64. The residence includes six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, with the vacant bedroom located on the third floor in a shared room. Please note that the home is not wheelchair accessible and is not equipped to support individuals with severe behavioral challenges or complex medical conditions that require continuous nursing care.
