(3) Hour Workshop Will Focus On: Developing the skills to ensure our DSP’s are highly effective, emotionally intelligent employees. Emotional intelligence (EI) is an essential aspect of the caregiver’s role. This workshop will equip our frontline workers with tools and techniques to deepen their self-awareness, accountability, and person-centered perspective and transform them from good employees to great employees.
