Staff with non-permanent office space in the Manhattan and Long Island offices need to book their space before they report to the office. As a reminder, all staff are required to report to a CFS Office a minimum of 3 days a week. To reserve your desk for the hoteling system:
1. Visit the Booking Portal for the office you will attend

2. Select Your Booking
- Choose your preferred time duration: 1 hour, 3 hours, or 8 hours
- Pick an available workstation (Workstation 1–19)
- Select your desired date and time
3. Confirm Your Reservation
- Enter your contact information
- Review and confirm your booking
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details
