We hope to see the entire CFS family at the New York Community Day on June 6th! We’ll gather at McCarren Park in Brooklyn for a day of fun, workshops, food, and connection. The day will start at 11am, but feel free to stop by anytime with family and friends – we’ll be there until 4pm.

Community Day Activities
11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Activities will reset every 30 minutes so everyone has a chance to participate.
Interactive BINGO – “Find Someone Who”
Get moving, meet new people, and connect with the community through an interactive BINGO experience.
Community Coloring – “Coloring Community”
Work together on collaborative coloring posters designed to inspire creativity, connection, and community bonding.
Make Your Own Summer Keychain
Create and personalize a summer-themed keychain to take home as a keepsake from the event.
Create Paper Pots & Plant Seeds
Enjoy a hands-on gardening activity where participants can decorate paper pots, add soil, and plant seeds.
Take-Home Option:
Participants may also choose to take extra seeds home to continue growing their gardens
