All month long, the Center for Family Support celebrated Women’s History Month by sharing inspirational stories about the women of CFS. And there is a lot for us to celebrate! Our first Executive Director – who was a pioneer in supporting individuals with intellectual and development disabilities – was a woman, and so is our current CEO, Alicia McGrath. Our staff is 70% women overall, totaling nearly 1,000 professionals, including the vast majority of our leadership team. Of course we are honored to support hundreds of women across all of our diverse programming in New York and in New Jersey!
