The purpose of the Employee Referral Bonus Program is to provide an extra incentive for current employees to bring new talent to CFS for bonus qualifying positions who are subsequently selected and successfully employed.
Please review the policies in detail so you understand eligibility and participation requirements. Employees should complete the employee referral form as soon as the referral has completed the employment application. If the referral is not hired, the employee will be notified. Any forms submitted to HR after the new hire has been employed for more than one month will not be eligible for a referral bonus payment.
