Are you interested in making a little additional money and ensuring that those we support are being properly treated and that CFS staff are given the tools they need to be effective? Sign up to be a CFS Staff Incident Investigator, and be paid an additional $250 per investigation completed.
As an Investigator, you will conduct investigations for incidents reported in departments other than their own. Through interviews and reviewing documents, you will examine the reported incident and try to establish if policies and procedures were properly followed, if the behavior plans in place are effective, if staff were trained, and if they followed their training.
