CFS is pleased to renew our Employee of the Month recognition program!
Anyone – DSPs, supervisors, managers, or administrators – are eligible to be employee of the month. Please submit your nominations using the form below, and the Employee of the Month Committee will review them and select a winner each month. Winners will receive a $125 gift card!
While reviewing the submissions, the Committee will be looking for specific examples for how the employee demonstrated CFS’ values and/or demonstrated the DSP Core Competencies. If you have questions, please contact Joanne: jcropper2@cfsny.org. Submissions need to be made by the 20th of each month for consideration that month. Those submitted after the 20th will roll over to the next month.
